throttle noise

   hi,when im doing about 40mph and im driving iddle it starts making a winning noise from the front ..loose off the throttle it goes or if put pedal down it goes..please help it doing my head in ...wayne

   when your foot just resting on the pedal mate..mainly in fourth and fifth gear ..
