    I'm afraid I have a quick question about lowering. After using search lots of people say to buy suspension kits instead of springs, and many say not to buy APEX or SPAX and buy makes like KONI.

    My question is, which is worth forking out for bearing mind I am a student and i have a Westcoast so its only a 1360cc engine. Is there any point on going high quality or even into buying shocks?

    If your keeping car more than a year. a kit. if selling before just get springs. Thats how i look at it

    first of all how low are you going 40mm and lower you idealy need shocks but not necesarry but will ware original shocks quicker

    Yeah i was thinkin 40mm on 16's? was going to get 17" lenso rs5's but too much work on first car i think what with repositioning of brackets etc. I have 15's at the moment but they are curbed to fook and i dont know if theres any point in furbing em.
