VTR with VTS interior... wing mirror inside cover dosent fit?

   so its a VTR with VTS interior... put doorcards on no probs but the inside bit of the wing mirror dosent fit. obviously i can just use a VTS inside bit but then the mirrors can only be adjusted by pushing the actual mirror.... any way around this?

   Why not just fit the vtr mirror bits?

   Convert to electric mirrors? The internal mirror cover off the vtr should fit fine though, it's a tight fit. Tried putting cover on then putting the doorcard on

   yeh if you have manual mirrors youll need to use any covers bar the vts ones (i.e 1ltr, 1.1, 1.4, 1.5d and vtr)

   Electic mirrors..... I never knew VTS had this option? Only 106's... Could you expalin a little more?

   All vts' came with them just like all GTIs.
