gearbox swap

   hi all,
   
   i might be buying a 2002 citroen xsara 1.4 KFW and i needs a gearbox. i got a 1996 citroen saxo 1.4 KFX and was wondering if the gearbox would be a simple swap over off the saxo onto the xsara.
   
   any help would b aprecitated
