Important! : Vtr Starting Problem....need rid now

   Hey all,
   
   I've recently fitted a recon vtr engine into a mates mk1 Vtr, and now the thing wont start. I have fuel to the rail and injectors flowing, but no spark. Have had a read about on here and seems the ecu has coded itself.
   If im honest, im sick to the sight of it now and need it gone asap, so if anyone can help, i would bee most appreciative.
   Ive also pm'd the chappy who unlocks them, but he hasnt got back to me and that was 3 weeks ago.
   As said, i need this out the way asap as my car is out in the elements and i can't get it finished.

   Im sick of the sight of my vtr and I only bought it on saturday lol. That sounds lame mate, have you had a look about on google? 'How to unlock vtr ecu' or something, sorry to sound patronizing.

   Had tried leaving the key in the ignition with it turned on and removed the negative on the battery, left it for over an hour........but with no luck
