Question about breaks....

OK, now this may be a stupid question but its 3:30 and my night is going slow and my brain decided to die and abandon me at around 2am (joys of night shifts in hospital).

    ANYWAY!!

My saxo furio (2000) has got disk breaks on the front and drums on the back - the front disks and pads are in serious need of being changed. My main question is do i have to keep the drums on the back or can they be changed to disks and also how easy is this to do?

    also is it worth doing?

    cheers in advance!

Sorry, forgot to add - is it worth actually doing this for a furio?

easiest way is to get a vtr/s rear axel with the discs on, tbf i've never felt the need for rear discs on my furio and i brake really late lol.
