help airbag light

   hello all. I have recently fitted some bucket seat into my 19988 mk1 vtr. but no i have the good old air bag light flashing, is there any easy way of stopping this? or shal i take the bulb out which is a twat to do? cheers

   You could tape over the bulb, take it out is what most people do.

   cant you bride a fuse into the steering wheel where the airbag connector is or something?????? sure i seen that back in the days of the max power saxo book.
   
   
   maybe possible to join the wires up that where on the seat so its a continuous circuit to trick the light

   i take it the seatbelt pretensioners arent plugged in
   put a 3ohm resistor in each wire coming from the carpet, then insulation tape it up and tuck it in the opening of the carpet.

   ok mate where can you get those resistors from and how much are they?

   so just buy two and put one end in each side on the clip that come out of the carpet and the light willl turn off?
