Pannel Refurbish

   Alright lads, just about to refurb the nearside wheel arch.
   Had a few dings in and they have been filled and sanded down, but just a quick question, should I sand down the whole pannel and prime it, or just prime the filler parts? I can throw a pic up if you would like.

   only need to prime the fillered areas and a few inches around that
