I've just bought some new alloys like the other day. Black ones. Noticed the paint job isn't the best I've ever seen. E.G. few paint cracks on one alloy/scratches to the paint and even a small bubble on another. Not bothered about the small bubble though, not noticable unless inspecting close. Just wanting to know, with the chips in the paint on one alloy, could I spray over it? Like literally, primer layer, ghost/black coat and then laquer the section where the paint has chipped, or will it fuck it up/make it look uneven or w.e? I thought it would be fine just wanted an experts opinion. Don't want the best paint job in the world just one that looks ok. Thanks, Sam.
Anyone know anything about paint?

#2Your best bet is to rub that alloy down to bare metal & start again ie primer paint then lacquer.
