wet under driver seat and exterior leak

Ok so theres this cone shaped rubber crommet underneath my car

its constantly drippping water... Is this a problem??

AND under my drivers side seat its wet.. i found a magazean under there was compleatly soaked?? it felt dry probs cos it had soaked it up but where the hand break cable goes the orange one?? its damp

What could be the cause of the wet and is the leak a problem ???

additional info: it only drips on drivers side

I may be wrong but I think that`s some form of drain hole,poke a coathanger up there see if you can get any muck out of it.

I've had a leak in the driver's side footwell on my VTR for ages, seems to be coming from under the dash. I've got a feeling its the sunroof drainage pipe blocked or something but haven't had time to check yet. Have you got a sunroof? Might be worth taking the head lining down checking it out if you do

Common problem with saxo`s water gets in from the aerial base as well.

Yeah recently sorted the areal, but its strange its like a tony spot under my seat thats wet i think its linked to that cone plug thing i dunno
