Weird Break light Problem

   Hi guys
   Ive got a problem
   
   I have a 2001 Saxo forte, for some reason recently when I apple the foot break my dashboard lights come on
   ie Radio Light, Clock light and speedo light
   
   Is that normal ive never noticed it before just wondering if theres a broken wire
   
   Also ill say that i have a break light out with no bulb in it until i get it replaced could that be the problem

   Had exactly the same problem 2yrs ago the high level brake light on the tailgate had a crack on the bulb holder(circuit board)Replaced the unit & has been fine ever since.

   for some reason I fixed it, I took off the right break light and pushed the connector in and left it over night and it fixed it, now all i have to do is get rid of an annoying squeaking coming from the boot and make my way to a scrap yard to get some alloys

   A`h yeah that`ll cause the funny brake light problem.As for the squeak check the trim on the inside of the tailgate & the plastic trim each side of the parcel shelf.
