ABS Light and Handbrake light on

   My ABS light and handbrake keep coming on, only been doing this for the last two days, they're not on constantly, will come on for about 10-15 minutes at a time then go off, I've checked the brake fluid just incase, checked the fuse box and all seems okay, I've recently had new wheels and tyres put on about 2/3 weeks ago but its only started doing it recently, could this cause it? or would my ABS sensors need replacing, if so how much does it roughly cost?
