front ARB bushes and bar

   Just removed my old one as its really rusty and has seen better days, i have another here which im trying to fit with powerflex arb bushes which were already on the car.
   
   fitted new drop linkks and track rod ends, and just tried to fit the anti roll bar with bushes, when i push the bar up put bushes in place with clamps around them i cant push the clamp round enough to line up with the hole to fit clamp back in place?
   
   anyone shed any light as to what im doing wrong?

   What size are your two arbs?

   they are the same size.... checked that already, still strugling

   Put them in boiling water for 5 mins and use a jack to push the clamp together?

   I had the same problem mate in the end i put the jack in the clamp and pushed it agains the weight of the car until i could thread the bolt in and torqued it up after i removed the jack.
