Should there be a cable holder on 16v inlet

   Was just looking at my inlet and where the throttle cable passes through the inlet to the throttle body, should there be a manual idle controller like there is on a vtr? And is the throttle cable longer than the vtr one? As on ebay there selling them as one cable fits all?

   throttle cable is longer on VTS, the ones advertised are the universal ones supplied by the likes of Firstline that you have to cut to length
