VTS Rad hose housing

   is the vts rad hose housing the same as a vtr?
   
   i think thats what you call it, basicly it connects from the bottom rad hose to the engine side, and it also has a smaller hose coming off it connecting to the top end of the engine?
   
   i really want to get this sorted today but finding it hard to source the part
