help :(

   My saxo won't move in any forward gears, it will go into gear but when i pull the clutch up i just hear a grinding noise like its missing something? i don't know if the gear linkage has gone or what but its reversing perfectly.. but im not sure cause i was coasting at 60 on the motorway when it decided to end my dreams lol
   
   help would be much appreciated, problem, solution and prices
