k & n induction kit

   Hi just purchased a k and n induction kit off ebay and it says for 2000 reg on it mines a 02 will it matter and do they really do owt? thanks

   will be exactly the same mate, problem wont do much performance wise as all it will do is suck in hot air.. if anything, itll make your car slower
   if you're looking to upgrade the air intake, go for a enclosed induction kit instead

   car's don't really suffer from too much heat soak when actually moving.
   
   at speed the amount of air being forced through the slam panel towards the induction kit is far far less than that air which is able to be heated up enough to cause a decrease in power.

   its not gunna increase the power though!

   Ok its got the pipe to attatch to frontasswell not just the cone are they easy to fit

   easy as pie mate!! literally take your standard one off and replace with the new one.. may need to buy some L brackets from b&q or something, had to buy a couple for my raceland enclosed induction kit

    I just took out my cold air feed standard hole, and replaced it with a 2 inch thick pipe, more airflow into your engine, then kept standard box with filter as just a filter will still restrict the amount of air
