No power to the ECU and been Tested! What Next?

   Ok New Problem with why car wont start and the Immobilser key keeps Flashing at me. The 3 plugs to the ECU have been tested and there is no Power getting to the ECU
   What do i do next to solve the problem so i get power to the ECU?

   ps (All Fuses have been tested also and non have blown)

   Check the multifunction relay and earths.

   how did you test your ecu power supply? might try that on mine
