New headlight bulbs - Too weak

    Just bought these:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Fitted them to my car and went for a drive last night, would probably have been the same driving with my lights off. When I stand infront of the car they seem just as bright as any other, but it hardly lights up the road.

This is them on normal, no high beam or fogs.

I didn't really think there was a wrong way to fit bulbs, but surely this cant be right?

Edit: It actually looks brighter in the picture

some bulbs tbh are worse less then the packaging they come in i bought some ice blue xenon look alikes and i had to drive with my fogs on the first night just to see where i was going the next day they were swapped, your best just paying bit more and going for osram or something similar

there was a massive write up about these bulbs, the light meter reading shows they are infact brighter. however because of the blue filter the light is more white, unfortunatly the human eyes cant destinguish colours and shapes in white light aswell as in yellow light (warmer).

so they seem less usefull or less bright when ur relying on them more

however they do look a lot nicer from the front so keep em unless ur always driving down dark country roads

They do look nicer but I wasn't sure on the legality of them. And I'm never really driving where there isn't street lights but id rather be safe than sorry
