Coolant change, Fan?

   Ive just changed the coolant on my vtr all seems ok, blowers are blowing hot etc but I followed a guide on here how to do it and it says let the car idle until the fan kicks in and ive had it running for ages and the fan just wont kick in for some reason, the temp gauge sits about halfway. should my fan be kicking in or am I worrying about nothing? cheers

   Got a multimeter kicking about? Disconnect the wire going to the fan and check for condu... What ever the rest is. (Ohms, for a circuit)

   The fan will come on at about 3/4.

   Sorted now!, fan eventually kicked in! thanks for replies
