jolting steering...

   basically whenever i turn to the left sharply in my vts the steering wheel seems to jolt/jump quite sharply,
   
   only does it when turning to the left,
   
   any ideas?

   Top mounts on the suspension or wishbone bushes. Jack the car up and use a big bar to move things around to check for play/knocking
