Violent vibration/knocking when turning.

When I'm turning at any speed I'm getting a really violent knocking/vibration coming from the car. It's especially worse at 30mph+

at first I thought driveshaft..but its doing it whether I turn left or right, and I can feel the knocking when I set off also... As if a mount is broken?

I lifted my exhaust yesterday so it sits slightly higher in the recess, So it makes me think an exhaust hanger?

Feck knows. anyone had a similar problem?

i had a knocking from my drivers side, it was the driveshaft was knackered, check all the engine an exhaust mounts, then check the susp an take it from there

could be a bearing mate, the driveshaft nockes when you go straight or turn bu the bearing tends to nock when turning

Iye, I thought engine mounts aswell.. when I let off the throttle and let it come down the revs.. it tends to 'jump/jolt' a bit when it gets to about 2k. As if the engine is rocking forward then back.
I'm pretty sure its either my Offside driveshaft, or engine mount of some sort.

What sort of things am I best looking for when checking the engine mounts? I can hold the gearbox mount and move the engine slightly if I try and move the mount back and forth?
