Black Saxo - wheel colour?

  1. #1
Just got myself some 16" OZ Superturismos for my black Saxo. They are silver at the moment, but I fancy something different so looking to get them power coated.

Was thinking black... or maybe green?? Really not sure!!

Any suggestions would be appreciated and pics would be great....

Here's a pic of the saxo..

its a blank canvas by the looks of that mate, could go for somin suttle like a nice grey or somin or go completely mental and use like a lime green or a bright yellow then do a few lil bits to match like badges etc.

Depends on the look you want mate, black for a stealth look, dark grey for like an OEM+ look or a bright colour with other little parts the same colour to go for a more obvious look.

    White.

I plan on going powder coated white with red calipers on standard 14's, my car is black too.

    Thanks for all your suggestions!

Still undecided... don't know if I'm brave enough for lime green, but at the same time, don't want it to be just another Saxo!!

Keep any ideas coming - below is a pic of the alloys if it helps

Some white wheels look so nice like dolby's but imo multispokes and standard wheels look tacky in other colours than silver and gun grey. Them OZ alloys you have would be good in matt black on a 40mm lowered saxo, If you want it to stand out paint a spoke or couple of spokes a bright colour thats what i'd personally do. Just realised thats what Ken Block has on his scooby haha looks quite cool though!

One major down side of these being White
    Keeping the little buggers clean!
I tell you now, 5 spokes is hard enough

I would say Gloss Black for a stealth look, Or white cause IMO it looks smart as, Or if you want it to look out there, Have you thought of orange mate?

If you want it to really stand out go for neon yellow and get a neon yellow dust cap which lights up when moving...

White is good but be prepared for daily cleaning.
