coolant gunk

   my radiator had a leak
   so friend give me his radiator of his old sax with blew head gasket,
   had gunk in the radiator so flushed it with hose pipe and stuck it on car.
   couple of months later alot of gunk is the the radiator bottle (not my headgasket resurfaced gunk from system)
   is there any other way of removing it from bottle on rad as its a bitch to get out ?

   id do several coolant flushes withing days of each other then get a new rad, that one must be well fucked, when theye that gunked up they provide next to no cooling at all, which is bad for your engine, regardless of whethr your fan thermostat works right or not

   soo try and give it a good couple of flushes if not chuck it ?

   for the cost of coolant to flush it you may aswell just get a new rad tbh
