   no more than 40mm is advisable on standard shocks, 50mm or 60mm with springs and shocks, lower with coilovers. then adjust the rear to match the front. use 195/45 tyres and you wont have any rubbing even when lowered 60mm.

   so can i go 40mm by just buying the springs and it will all be ok, but if i want to go lower i need to buy a full kit. how to you lower the rear?

   anything between £100-150 to fit front springs and adjust rear bars.
