roll cage

    Has anyone got any decent pictures of their rollcage fitted mainly omp's that mount into the back of the car and not onto the arches. Ive got a cage to weld in on sunday and the lad who is welding it doesnt believe me that the rear doesnt go onto the arches and is sugesting bending it to fit, to me this is a stupid thing to do surely

    Tell him to shut his face and fit it as intended. Once you loosely stick it in the car, youll see where it needs mounted.

    could do with a picture to show him as all the cages he's done go to the suspension struts or wheel arches also seen a few cages that look simalar but mounted slightly different

    Contact manufacturer, if its not fitted right it may not work properly when you really need it.

    give mark a pm mate (mark311....) he's fitted loads over the time ive scene him on here and im sure he'll have some photos to guide your mate

    Nickhead has an omp fitted with extra bars... How much are you paying out of intrest Dave? My mate can do it cheap...

    lolz..... correct me if im wrong but the second you "bend it to fit" you have lost all the streangh in the frame and when you (god forbid) roll the car it will crumple like a can

    fit it as manufacturer stated of if it doesnt fit buy another that does
