^^^^Darren is good at the vids, It looks daunting, but when you get going it aint too bad, Its so pleasing to see the rear end finally lowered after all the effort.

    Another good guide:

yeh just go one step at a time. That suzukituning link didn't work for me. I had it saved too but didn't work. Can remember it being one of the better guides.

was a bit of a bitch getting one of the torsion bars out but apart from that its pretty much plain sailing

I kept spraying my torsion bars daily with wd40 for about 2 weeks before removing them. Don't know how much it helped but they did come out.

Tell me about it! i spent days wacking, heating and wacking with mallets etc and it still wouldnt budge, So i removed the entire rear axle and stood it up, then i got my huge rugby player mate to whack it with a socket in place and lump hammer, it still took him about 45mins to get them both out lol

haha, me and the old man got most of it all stripped down (as i was renewing bearings and seals) just couldnt get the one bar out, so found a 4 foot iron bar, got it on the grinding wheel and made the end slightly smaller to not damage the splines and i held that while dad whacked it with the sledge hammer, came out with 2 hits. haha.
