widemouth insert

easy one ... to fit do i just tiger seal in place couple of screws and bosh job done?

thinking bout meshing the back of it too but rear has odd shape to it so without looking does the back interfere like rad or fan?

Tigerseal should be fine mate,as for the mesh i`ve not heard of anyone having problems with it fouling anything. Why put screws in?Tigerseal should hold it fine.

ive widemouthed my front bumper, but i didnt use the insert, i just fillered the gaps and stuff, but ive noticed some of the fillers begining to crack (only what i expected over time), with the insert do you need to filler it in so it looks flush or?...

the insert just sits in the hole hopefully with a lip over the front. gonna tiger seal in and bang couple of screws in and jobs done

I used tiger seal + a few blobs of fibre glass (only as it sets very quick)

If you have a VTR fan you will be fine
As I have VTS fans & mesh. I had to trim the rear of the insert

Still very close to the relay cover

perfect mate, was thinking trimming it anyways as it looks to be alot wider on the back than original bumper anyway. then mesh it
