#2simply no.
but if i was going down 60mm i would like to fit uprated or shortened shocks and some uprated shocks on the rear.
you dont need to relocate the power steering pump, just bend the pipe a little bit so the steering arm doesnt rub on it on full lock and cause it to wear through and eventualy leak. -
#3You can lower it with just springs, although it isn't recommended, especially when lowering by 60mm.

#4Shockers are a good idea otherwise you end up pogoing everywhere.

#5I'm down 60 on just springs and i cant fault it and just bend the pipe at the back a little so it doesnt rub

#8Yes you can lower the car 60mm on standard shocks and dampers.
However if your shocks are old they are likley to perish very quickly giving you a crap ride, each car is diffrent but at 60mm I would advice a nice set of uprated shocks, can be purchased on ebay for 40-50 quid
