Budget coilovers

As the title states basically! Paydays today and i feel coilovers are a must have. Dont want to be spending a grand on them, would just like to know what set is the best for the price! Any hints? Also any knowledge of how some of them are for ride comfort/handling etc!

If you are looking for budgets, one set not to get is the raceland, many comments on here about them, they are awful!

Considered but im looking at dropping about 50/60, as ive got some bbs 3 piece wheels which im looking to get fitted, so i figured coilies would be my best bet, along with a cupra r splitter to stop me ruining my widemouth

If your only going 50/60 a good matched spring and damper setup is your best bet and only 2-300 quiD

Coilies start around 600 and only go up plus they tend to be a lot firmer on the ride (not as comfy)

Should have been more clear before by 50/60 i mean on the front end! Also my area is full of speed bumps so to have the adjustible front end height would mean i can alter it for events and casual driving?

but are you really going to change the height from day to day
you can go down 60 front on just spring s and shocks as that what mine is atm
if you look around on here you may even get a cheap set up from someone who has gone to coiles from lowering springs

Dont spend any less than £500 on coilovers.

find a set you want to buy and see what people of saxp think about them before you buy.

    I knew what you meant

Im saying that height coilies arent needed
Plus you would very quickly get fed up of the usual coilies 250lb+ springs and the hard ride

60mm on the correct size tyres (185/55 or 195/45) speedhumps shouldnt be an issue

Im 50 on apex springs with a 4-1 mani a lower brace and a centre boxed exhaust and i dont struggle at all and were i live is all speed humps

I'd bet a dollar you will not adjust it. No-one ever does..
