saxo drive shafts

can any 1 help me.

im getting my drive shafts changed (both sides), is there anything else i shoould look out for. what else parts can i change as everything will be coming up. e.g uprated bushes, bearing etc.

any advice would be great

i changed the front bearings and drive shafts in my 1.4 mk1 bearings were no problem, but when it comes to the shafts make sure they are the same length at the spline end. and double... no triple check the TAPER on the shaft where it sits in the bearing from the inside. TAPERED OR NON-TAPERED.
if your on about performance. defo get the bearings done, just new, dont worry about race bearing, you wont tell the difference, get a uprated rear engine bush to stop twist on take off, and strip all your brakes clean them and wiggle them loose, paying attention to the piston, sliding pins, and seats where the pads sit.. you wouldnt believe how much power ya lose when ya brakes even slightly stick..

Just renew driveshaft seals too on gearbox theyre pennies
