Spraying widemouth front bumper

  1. #1
    Hi Guys!
I bought a gold vtr bumper a while ago and have been cutting it and smoothing it for a widemouth.

Thats all gone well until i came to spraying it

Its all been sanded and primed (in white).

Used my paint code EZRC and got told to use "Artic Steel" but the colour doesnt match my car, its more of a very light blue

Ive used three cans of primer and 3 cans of Spray paint.

Anyone no were ive gone wrong?
Can post pics of the bumper next to my car if it will help.

    Thanks!!

Lacquer is clear mate so won`t change the colour.Halfrauds paint is total sh1te.Go to a car paint supplier they will match the paint using a swatch card(which is better than Citroen)

dont ever buy ready mixed paint if u wanna colour match.

as above diffrent companies can take colour readings direct from the car.

also worth bearing in mind that the paint on ur car has been theyre for probably a good 10 years so will have faded and aged slightly.
