alarm LED

   hello, ive got a saxo vts mk2 and ive disabled the alarm because it was a pain in the back side, how can i make the led stay lit after turning off the car, some one mentioned connecting a permanent live and switch live to the led but didnt explain further... can any one help please

   Lit permanently or flashing?

   Connect one wire to a permenant live, connect the other to a switched ignition live, when you turn the ignition on it will stop the LED flashing as it will have an open circuit, when ignition is off, the ignition live will ground and start the light flashing.
