wheels for mot

  1. #1
iv got my mot on monday and iv got 3x 205 gti alloys with 195/45/15 tyres on the 3rd gti alloy has a different tyre on alltogether so, if i was to put a fox r1 alloy on with a 195/45/15 tyre, would this still pass (different wheels, but will have all same size tyres on).

    cheers

Yup aslong as all tyre sizes are the same and obviously not bold or have cuts or buldges it will pass.

agreed, as long as they are the same size tyres an no damages such as worn edges an cords exposed it will pass, it might have an advisory on the wheel bolts if the tester is not too sure if they are right for the wheels
