Bending powersteering pipe?

   Noticed while looking for an air leak on my car that my powersteering pipe is rubbing slightly on the steering rack ive heard you can just bend it slightly? just wondered how you leaver it i.e what do you wedge the leaver against to bend it? cheers

   Bis screwdriver or similar, gently bend it away - nothing more complicated than that really

   sorted it cheers was having difficulty bending it as I didnt wana leaver against the track rods too much but found another way

   Will still rub through eventually even when bent
   
   Best to just buy a mk1 pipe whilst you still can

   i moved mine when i dropped the sax.
   
   tbf, it did take months and countless miles...but when it goes, you fucking know it!
   i ended up buying the same pipes, and fitting them...and swifitly got rid, as i did not know there was a MK1 modificiation for it at the time.
