Hiya sorry if this has been asked a million times but was just wondering if anyone knows where i can get a decent priced BMC air filter, most places its selling for around about 200 quid for the model i need (for my 02 vtr). Just don't fancy paying quite so much or am i gonna have to bite the bullet?!

Theres probably a few knock offs kicking around on eBay... but its not somthing you should really be compromising, air flow

bite the bullet and go all out

sack it off and get a panel filter and a cold air feed, thats what ive got.... or even better and do what im doing and fit bodies, no need for a filter then ha

yeah i was also considering a green panel filter, from the looks of you guys comments i think i'll go with that. I would have liked a bmc induction kit but i just don't wanna shell out 200 quid for it, especially if a new panel filter is so much cheaper and might give better performance as well. Thanks for the help!

    Ignore him

All i had on my VTR was an open cone K&N off a mate for £10 then £20 of silicone hoses and connectors off ebay, sounded awesome and worked a treat

Have a search for a K&N Apollo same sort of Idea as the BMC yet u can take the cover off for an open air one if you miss the noise
