Box fault.

Right, Ive probably broken an MA box in everyway possible, However this is a new one.

Earlier today i noticed second started whinning very high pitched under load, Now ive just driven home and it keeps "violently" jumping out of second. If i hold it in gear it screams like a straight cut gear, But then jumps out, But if i give it a good pull and make sure its in, It's fine. Its a bit intermittent and very frustrating. Any ideas guy's? I know its probably terminal so will source a new box but it would nice to know if anyone else has had this fault.

jumping out of gear could sometimes be a burst casing, but the whining and jumping out might be worn gears, especially if its just in the one gear.

If you get stuck, Ive the insides for a VTS box sitting here that you can have if you want to rebuild yours.

Ive been told that the selector has broken away causing it to jump out, And the whining is broken parts rubbing against the gear. Its also started whining in 1st and 3rd now too. When i say whining i dont mean a bearing whine, It sounds like a fucking siren.

That could be an idea. Mines a 1.1 box but they will fit wont they? (silly question).. How much do you want mate?

Fuckall mate, Id rather someone gets the use out of them than bin the cunts.

Everything will fit in the 1.1 casing, its got all the gear clusters, cw+p, and I think the selectors as well.
