Lambda Sensor Removal

   I wondered if anyone can help me I am trying to remove my top sensor but its pretty tight and I dont wont to strip the threads on the lambda as they are bloody expensive to replace. Has anyone had one strip and is there any tips. Cheers

   I think I had mine in the vice and twisted it when I got them off, but if your doing it on the car would be best to use one of those spanners with the cut out in the end so you can get it over the lambda wire as you might end up rounding it off with an open end spanner. I find hitting the spanner with a hammer a couple of times helps loosen stuck bolts

   I have the manifold off so il take it to work tomorrow really dont what to bollox it
