Seat Wire

   Hi All, I have an 03 Furio, i am looking to replace the front seats for buckets, i took them out to give my car a good clean in all the places you cant get to! but i noticed a small orange wire going into each seat, however have no idea what these would be for?

   These are wires for the airbag, if they are left unplugged the airbag light will come on, on the dash.

   that makes sense, thanks a lot, i guess i will need to rewire them

   When you put your bucket seats in just bolt on your existing seat belt pretensioners.Then you`ll be able to plug in under the seats.

   if u want to get rid of the old seat belts u can wack a little resister across the two pins of the orange lead. that tricks the system into thinking all is well
