Horn question?

   Basicly I need a horn for my MOT and I dont have time to go to a scrap dealers or wait for a delivery and I was wondering can I fit a horn from halfords and would it pass?
   
   I just need a quick yes/no answer

   You can get twin air horns from Halfords, got mine for 22 and they meet all requierements for MOT, can be wired straight to the original horn wiring.

   or from ebay for like a tenner cheaper than the robbing muppets you get at halfords
