is there a better inlet manifold i can fit to my vtr? or do they not make much diffierence?

#2The rallye ones like on that turbo'd VTR at the RR day... but doubt they make much difference and have been told they are a twat to fit etc... you looking for more power like kye?.... wheres your progress thread???

I've got one on my 2000 vtr. You are correct they are a fucker to get working properly, mine still isn't 100% lol. They do sound really good though
Don't really know iif it makes for a big powergain. i've got newmans ph3 cam and full exhaust mani to backbox, cda, uprated clutch, lightened fly, and a few more bits, it was remapped and R/R'd @ 114bhp. which i didn't think was bad to say its a ten year old car with 90,000 on the clocks which came out standard with 90bhp. What do you think? -
#4Ive got throttle body from a XSi/Rallye. Fits to the VTR inlet too as they are the same nearly. Looks like its bigger and opens further than a restricted VTR one..

#5aye a think a will be investing in some more power after my holiday. mines an 03 got a full exhaust and induction kit and it got 110bhp on the rollers the other weekend. ano ano franie a will get round to doing one. did you feel a difference with the throttle body changed?
