Wing Mirror Caps? Slide/Glue ?

   I have a standard set of black wing mirrors with no caps, Looking to buy some white ones will they slide on or do i have to glue or what?
   
   Any help appreciated?

   best gluing them on or buy some mirrors with them on already

   Fella selling some on here but he is sliding his off and sending me the caps just werent keen on pissing about gluing them...

   Ive just done mine orange. They just pop off but you WILL break the clips unless you get the glass out to push the clip in. Im not bothered as Ill be tiger sealing them on. Fixing them on with glue or sealant will take about 5 seconds as you cant really mess it up as the clips (part of which will be fine) will guide them into the right spot

   No he wont break the clips. Every set of caps ive removed has never broken one clip and i didnt remove the glass

   Some mirrors have holes for the clips, Mine dont there just plain black with no holes...

   Yours wont be standard VTR mirrors then, i dont think?

   Just cut the clips off flush with a pair of side cutters,roughen up the underside of the cap with sandpaper.Then use Superglue gel to bond em on done mine like this & 3yrs on they`re still on.

    Maybe you've just got some sympathy them but its the main clip I had trouble with. I snapped the little arrow shaped part off on both but the main body of the clip still remains

    haha guy answered the question. Why cant you just cut holes for the clips if you really want all the hassle?
