Get then engine warm and undo the bleed nipple. On a vts it's a dust cap on the left side of the plenum. Don't take it Off completely or you'll get a suprise just undo it until it starts to hiss. When it stops pumping air out and starts spraying water tighten it back up and your done.

    Errrr no

You need to attach a bottle to the top of the rad to bring the water line above the level of the top of the engine

Fill that with water then open each of the three bleed points in turn, starting with the lowest (radiator, thermostat housing, heater matrix hose) until air stops coming out

Then start the car and open them again in turn

Wait for the engine to warm up enough for the thermostat to open and the fan to kick in, then I usually give it another bleed and shut it all off

Personally i do it the way Gareth_R does, need the bottle as a kind of header tank as it doesnt have one, it doesnt take very long to do to be honest and i know theres definatly no air anywhere that way.
