saxo vts cuting out when trying to rev it

   hi i have a vts
   
   it starts fine, but when i try to rev it the engine cuts out
   
   keeps doing the same thing everytime i start it
   
   any ides what it could be

   coilpack/leads/battery/alternator/sparks/not enough air ?
   
   When did you last service it?

   it has hardly been used since last service so the plugs ,oil/oil filter and air filter are new

   did they change fuel filter on service? may be sucking through crap and killing it?
