Defo and I mean DEFO bled correctly?! Remember the ABS module holds a fair chunk of air in it (assuming you've still got that plumbed in), after I bled mine (I spent about 20 mins bleeding) I took it around the estate (lots of children playing in the road) to test the brakes out. I could barely stop.

If you're certain, then you've got a leak, but that should be obvious from the reservoir level dropping.

    Good luck

^^ agree with above - system should hold pressure.

    Check for leaks.

Also, you got the servo vacuum pipe connected up - no air leaks?

Servo vaccume tends to make the pedal go solid ross

Id say either a lea or rebleed the systems seen a few times the rears look bled but if you keep bleeding there is normally air further up the system

Could be a leaky master cylinder seal also? If it sinks slowly then firms up when you pump the pedal that would also be worth looking at.

    Pretty much what sayer said.

With ABS what i did was pump the pedal a good few times between opening the bleed nipple.

I know this sounds silly but which way have you got them fitted? make sure the bleed nipples are facing upwards otherwise you will trap air at the top and they wont bleed up, found that one out the hard way, also have you bled both sides? i think you bleed the inner one first and then the outer one, hope this helps you i had a major headache fitting a set to a mini a while ago and both of these wer the issues causing the symptoms you have.
