Take it to a body shop (Anything local) and ask them, it will usualy cost you about £200-250 notes, but will look the shizzle!

if its interior like centre piece or vents you can very easily do it youself. It was the first (and only) thing i did to my car - if i can do it you can do it lol.....

if painting parts of interior, what you will need is
    1 primer
    2 paint
    3 lacquer
4 wet and dry sand paper 1200grit

you will need to clean parts you plan to paint, to get any cleaning products off mainly silicone based stuff, once cleaned, go over area with some scotch pad, this is to give the paint something to adear to.

now for primer coat the parts with 2 to 3 layers of primer, let them flash dry before each coat, once dry rub them down with the wet and dry till glass smooth.

now for paint aply paint till you get the colour you want, normaly 3 coats,
take your time and let flash dry before each coat.

now for the lacquer apply this very lightly as its very easy to get runs in lacquer, leave for about 45 mins before each coat, I like lots of lacquer on so I go for about 5 coats, leave to dry overnight, then jobs done.

if you want to colour code bumpstrips take it to local bodyshop
