   As above, are they the same thread and everything as on the pics they seem to have the same flat washered seat with a taper also?

   If they are as you say exactly the same then, Yes, they will fit.

   I'm guessing your buying them as you talk of comparing pictures... why not just buy vtr bolts?

   They won't fit, well i dont think so as apparently a saxo is m12x1.25 and these are m12x1.5, and the reason being on eBay brand new lock nuts for the c1 are a fiver genuine...whereas there 30 quid for the saxo ones :o
