vtr flywheel and clutch on a 1.5D

   are the 1.5d engines suited to a vtr flywheel? clutch is slipping on the 1.5d, ive got a vtr lump with a near new clutch on, so was thinking of putting that in, know the D has more torque but cant see there being any harm in fitting it, will it mate or are they slighlty different???

   never mind, its not slipping, either i was riding the clucth with me not being able to fit my foot down the side of the peddle as i do in the vtr
   
   or the brakes were binding on due to it not being used in 3 months...causing it to stink
