Right hi guys, as you can see this is my first post....so here we go...!

I have recently bought my 2nd saxo vtr which is a 52plate with 42000 on the clock-completely standard!
first things first will be out with most standard stuff- all breathing mods!

also lowering not totally sure yet if fixed kit eg spax..? springs? and brakes!
thinking more ahead which i need help with, head and cams! now was looking at all different places that offer this setup that setup etc whilst reading posts on here and im just not sure.
any1 been to cituning? hiflowheads? i need a reliable place at a decent price and maximum gains for what i want, has anyone had dealings with a good place that ports, gas flows heads to a good standard and does the cams etc and after that to the RR for mapping!
im looking at trying to achieve around 140bhp if i can....i know some of you are gonna go its not all about numbers etc but that is a figure i would like to achieve and all help to get there is greatly appreciated

it gets said alot, but there is a reason for it, modifying a vtr unless using a charger of some sorts is expensive and pointless 16v then move from there

sandy309 on here is a VERY reputable tuner who can do all manor of things tuning related, but is headwork is highly rated also, hiflow get alot of bad rep and appear to charge for stuff they dont even do

not had experience with them myself but have read lots of bad things about them
