how much to lower the rear??

    Once again prob been asked a million times so i apologise for this...

    Passed my test sat, cars going to gge tues for rear lowering mot etc. I asked the bloke how much and he said he would "sort me out"...how much should I expect to pay? does anyone have an idea roughly?

    depends how he's going to sort it out,properly around 70 quid, by notches it'll cost you about 400 because it'll shag the axle in next to no time

    ill make feckin sure its done properly, ive taken all the holding washers and torx bits out allready so it shiuldnt take him long. Thanks for the reply mate

    Axle Specialists near where I live do the rear for £100 the proper way by taking the beam apart.
    If the beam's fucked then they can refurb them for £250 which includes free lowering as when they refurb them the beam's in bits anyway.

    i get krisb off here to do mine for £60 been to him a couple times now lol

    people on here lower all round for £100 so id say upto £80 is fair

    I got stung at £280 for a full beam replacement and a 40mm drop
    Safe to say that garage won't be touching my saxo again!
    I've had to sort the 'ping' noise because they didn't notice the arb end plates coming loose :@
